Our Approach
We WILL NOT take out lots of foods from your diet. In fact did you know that dieting can lead to bingeing and eating disorders? Instead, we will show you how easy it is to eat healthy delicious foods without needing to be too hard on yourself! Our approach is based on losing weight in a healthy, realistic matter. No counting points, or counting calories! WE will ask you to keep a journal of all the foods you eat. We will also help you with relaxation tips, as this is a key to weight loss. We have found that many of our clients simply over-eat because they are trying to fill a void.
We do not use Atkins diet (Protein-only or low-carb diets) as your body NEEDS Carbohydrates to survive. We include ALL food groups. Our key to success is to listen to you, motivate you and encourage you. We ask that you initially come back once a week to help keep you on track and make sure you are making progress.
Healthy Eating Buddies
We have found that some clients enjoy meeting with other like-minded people who also wish to lose weight. We have created weekly meetings where we can all meet together. At this meeting, you will also be taken through new recipes and motivational tips to keep you on track for the rest of the week.
